Jack Spencer quietly rests in Hong Kong when he is called into to investigate a human trafficking ring that is rampant in New York City. After returning he is requested by the District Attorney to take on the case and help save the lives of young women being forced into a life of sex slavery. Following leads, Inspector Spencer tracks down the perpetrators, and with the help of elite police forces, he works to take down the human traffickers.
